What are you going to do?
As Foreman within the Manual Harvest team, you are the point of contact on the work floor. You are responsible for the correct execution of the harvesting process and ensure that orders reach the customer correctly, on time and in top quality.
Your tasks:
- Managing, motivating and supervising 4 harvest employees.
- Maintain an overview of the planning, quality and progress of the work.
- Control and guarantee order processing and product quality.
- Interact with colleagues from Sales and Cultivation.
- Participating in the harvesting process
Who we are looking for?
Someone who:
- Has demonstrable work experience in greenhouse horticulture (advantage: as foreman/team leader)
- Combines leadership with hands-on experience
- Can switch quickly and enjoys a dynamic environment
- Is proactive and communicatively strong
- Enjoys working within a down-to-earth, committed organization
